I really enjoyed working with Sarah. Her personable and down to earth nature makes it easy to be open during the coaching experience. I've gone on hundreds of diets and I've tried so many different ways to lose weight. The work I did with Sarah was different. My mindset is shifting and I'm learning day by day how to have a better relationship with food and my body.

There are so many wonderful things about Sarah. I recently took Sarah's course and loved how easy she made it feel to clearly set attainable goals. What impresses me even more is Sarah's love for helping women feel empowered and that they are "enough". Her blog posts and services are always uplifting, encouraging and tailored to work for real women. It's so hard to try to juggle a career and a family that taking time to figure out how you're going to take care of yourself is always the last thing on the list that women get to. Sarah's programs keep that in mind and also remind you that it is OK to be just who you are, even when you're trying to make improvements in your life. It is so wonderful that she shares her own goals, struggles and the improvements she wants to make in her own life.
